    Location is fantastic and the hotel ambiance is cute, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food at the Italian restaurant stands out as really good, offering flavors that would impress even the most discerning diner. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues, including slow check-in, receiving room keys that didn't work, and, to my dismay, a lack of hot water in the designated annex where my suite was located. While the experience had its highlights, it was significantly dampened by these setbacks.

    Everything was simply good. The property was absolutely fantastic with perfect and great staff from the maid to the manager, I enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean with clean towels and the most amazing view, as for instance. The hotel was placed 9 miles away from the airport...

    My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Louis Princess Beach Hotel and will definitely be back. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept really clean, the setting is spectacular and the food was truly magnificent. Thank you to the management and staff of the hotel for making our holiday one that we will always remember.

    The matresses on the beds that we slept in were lumpy.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The view from our room (seaside) was beautiful.

    I would have preferred an actual queen or king size bed instead of two twin beds pushed together, and the beds were a bit too firm for my taste.

    Good location with beach directly to the hotel, pool present, clean and well maintained. 24H supermarket and bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Hotel staff willing to help with requests such as reserving as taxi and giving information.

    Yes, many: Hair Dryer not work, heating not work (it was cold), unfriendly staff, not flexibility at all: refuse to provider 2 hours of late check out, although the hotel was empty; refuse to print one page of a pdf file. We loved Cyprus, but will never return this hotel.

    Nice room, great food

    I had a 1-night stay and it was solid. The sea view room was super spacious and recently updated. The staff were super friendly and worked hard to make everything great. Food at the poolside snack bar was tasty, but the area around the hotel felt a bit sketchy at times.
